The main objective of this project is to conduct a continuous and successful series of activities in schools, sports clubs, and communities, fostering increased awareness, engagement, and understanding of key gender-related issues. Under this project, at least 6,500 youth and children in Zanzibar will participate in sports and sports for development (S4D) activities in schools and community settings to promote gender equality, leadership, social cohesion. This project is part of the GIZ’s Sport for Development in Africa (S4DA) Regional Project.
